Grilled Peaches with Lemon Sour Cream

This is a really easy to make dessert for BBQ nights when you want to end with something delicious but light. We like to pair it with West Late Harvest Viognier

  • 2 large peaches, white or yellow

  • 4 tbs. blueberry or boysenberry jam

  • 1 tbs. butter

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 3 table spoons lemon curd


Mix sour cream and lemon curd well and put in a bowl in the fridge. Mix the jam, butter and cinnamon. Turn grill on medium

Cut peaches in halves and take out the pits. Grill with cut side down for 3-4 minutes. Turn on other side and put one table spoon of jam mixture in the pit hole of each peach. Grill another 2-3 minutes until peaches are soft. Serve warm with lemon sour cream.
