At West Wines we will also have Glögg, sweet treats, and Swedish Christmas decorations in our tasting room. You will find gifts such as the popular "tomte", the Swedish Christmas gnome, and of course wine and our estate olive oil.

Wine Tasting Vine-Side
The vineyards are beautiful in the winter season so come in for a tasting in our Tasting room or our pavilion. When the sun is out, linger at our vine-side patio with a tasting flight of our award-winning wines. We're open Thursday through Monday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. (5 p.m. on Saturdays) Tastings start at just $30. Complimentary for Compass Club Members.
Winter WINEland 2025
The 32nd edition of this annual Sonoma County Event takes place the weekend of January 18-20th, 2025. Here at West Wines, we'll be “snowed in” so mush on over! For the occasions, we'll be pulling out the a 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, 2018 Opera Cuvee (Super Tuscan inspired) and 2021 Alix Chardonnay. Come on by in your cozy flannel PJs and taste some great wines.
Our tasting room, tucked away under a huge oak and overlooking our vineyards is the place to enjoy a well aged Cabernet Sauvignon and other fine wines. West Wines is a family winery in Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma County run by Katarina Bonde and Bengt Akerlind since 1998. Our winemaking style weighs heavily on traditional French methods enhancing elegance and complexity combined with the fruity and rich flavors from our estate grown grapes. We have two sustainably farmed vineyards, one creek-side on the valley floor and the other 400 feet up on a ridge with beautiful south and west exposure. Read more here.
