Extended Description:
West Crest Cuvee is a blend in the Bordeaux tradition pairing our Cabernet Sauvignon (57%) with Cabernet Franc (19%), Petit Verdot (19%) and Merlot (5%). A supple wine, rich in flavors of dark cherries and blackberries as well as earthy, spicy notes of bay leaves and cloves and well-rounded tannins. We aged this wine in French oak barrels for two years before bottling.
