Extended Description:
West Crest Cuvee is a blend in the Bordeaux tradition pairing our Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) with Merlot (30%), Malbec(5%) and Cabernet Franc(5%). A supple wine, rich in flavors of dark cherries and blackberries as well as earthy, spicy notes and well-rounded tannins. We aged the wine in French oak barrels for two years before bottling.
