Extended Description:
2007 West Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve shows complexity and depth with well-balanced flavors of dark cherries and plum, cedar, olive, coffee and a hint of chocolate. The growing season 2007 was very long and a dry preceding winter gave small berries with intensely concentrated flavors. All grapes come from The Ridge Block of our hillside estate which starts on top of a long ridge and slopes west, 300 feet above the valley floor of Dry Creek Valley.
