Our 2016 West Seafoam Blanc de Blancs is a beautifully crafted sparkling wine to entice your palate! Made in the traditional Champagne method fermented in the bottle. Pale yellow hues, with a frothy mouthfeel, lots of aromas of green apple, notes of citrus, brioche, and of course, a well rounded finish that will linger and remind you of a sandy beach by a vast ocean. Made with 100% Chardonnay grapes from our Dry Creek Vineyard.
